Every client’s goals are different, and Sandro’s one-on-one programs are designed specifically for each individual. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle mass or train for an upcoming event Sandro’s expertise will help you get there.
He generally starts each session with a chat to find out how you are feeling, what goals you want to achieve and what stage of your personal journey you are at. He will then put together a personal training program to help you reach these goals. With a one-on-one personal training session, Sandro will be on hand to help encourage and guide you through each movement and will ensure you are using perfect form to achieve maximum results.
If someone shows up for the session tired from a broken night’s sleep or depleted from heavy workloads and stress, surely the session can’t and shouldn’t be performed at the same intensity than if this same individual is fully recovered mentally and physically.
What’s Included: Total of 80 minutes
– 10 minute consultation
– 40 minute real-time exercise routine according to client needs and physical and mental stage at that time
– 20 minute Sandro Mota restorative breathwork session
– 10 minute ice/hot bath therapy experience ( optional )
